Aaron Hayes

With many family members who work in the industry, Aaron has always felt a calling to healthcare. After college, he went to work in the analytics department of the largest medical group in Western New York, leveraging often complex datasets to drive actionable insights. Today, as a strategy consultant, he enjoys applying what he learned on the provider side to his hospital and health system engagements – using the power of information to help clients improve patient access, satisfaction, and outcomes.

At the office, his days are filled with market and business planning assessments; physician/provider development and planning; quantitative and qualitative analyses; and community health needs assessments. Outside of the office, Aaron enjoys staying active through local adult soccer leagues, invigorating runs and bike rides, and leisurely rounds of golf.

As a Buffalo native, Aaron continues to hope for a Buffalo Bills Super Bowl.
