Margie Sparks

Born in Charlotte, Margie grew up across the Midwest and came back home to North Carolina in 2017. She earned her bachelor’s in accounting and business administration and is currently working on her MBA with a concentration in finance. With over a decade of operations experience at startups and healthcare organizations – including health systems, biotech/pharma, and clinical research industries – Margie has honed her expertise in executive support and operational efficiency.

At Ascendient, Margie utilizes her keen eye for detail by managing schedules for the 3 Partners, ensuring seamless back-office operations, and optimizing workflows. Passionate about organization and problem-solving, Margie finds motivation in knowing that her contributions have a direct impact on operational success.

Outside of work, Margie loves spending time with her family and being outdoors. She enjoys coaching her daughter, Bayleigh’s (7), baseball team and playing fetch with their energetic French bulldog, Rosy (3). When she’s not on the ball field, she and Bayleigh can often be found having kitchen dance parties while experimenting with new recipes.
