Reshmi Pandya

As a senior consultant with the Regulatory team, Reshmi utilizes her diverse experience in healthcare to create volume and financial projections for CON applications. Prior to joining Ascendient, she worked in an academic medical center and a consulting firm, where her projects included healthcare operations, strategy, analytics, and physician compensation.

With degrees in economics and business administration – plus a certification in project management (CAPM) – Reshmi says she is motivated by learning and excellence. Her goal is to provide the best possible analysis needed to meet client objective and support their project plans.

In her free time, she likes to travel, read, and bake.
