Stephenie Fahy

With 10+ years in non-profit finance prior to joining Ascendient, Stephenie leverages her background to help health systems navigate the complexities of CON and CHNA filings. Combining financial, communication, and presentation skills, she aims to ensure that clients feel confident in the financial components of their filings and that the numbers tell a persuasive story about the client's experience and needs.

Throughout her career, Stephenie has worked for organizations that served underserved communities and committed herself to ensuring the financial health of organizations addressing these populations. Stephenie enjoys bringing life to numbers on a spreadsheet. She dreams in Excel and is motivated by finding efficiencies and improving processes and systems.

When she is not working on CON projects, Stephenie enjoys competing with her husband in CrossFit, cheering on the kiddo's sports teams, and playing in the dirt on her family farm. In addition, Stephenie has always been enthralled with languages and has been studying French for a year.

She is currently pursuing advanced education in accounting as she works toward her CPA license.
